Residential Support Worker

Location: Manchester - M12

Pay: Competitive (dependant on experience)

Shift Pattern: Monthly rota, including sleep-ins

We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team at Regent House Care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, therapeutic care to young people in our integrated service.

You will be part of a committed team that values the impact we make on the lives of children and young people. If you are adaptable, motivated, and hardworking, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to positively influence the lives of those in our care.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality therapeutic care to young people in a residential setting.
Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the needs of our young people are met with the appropriate level of care.
Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people.
Establish and enforce appropriate behavioural boundaries.
Facilitate recreational and creative activities to promote growth and development.
Teach and support the development of daily life skills.

Requirements:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Valid UK Driving License (required for certain areas).
Passion, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to support young people from day one.
